Our Team
Alfonso M. Icochea, Esq.
Alfonso M. Icochea is the principal and managing partner of the Icochea Law Firm, P.A.. Mr. Icochea founded the firm in January 2017 after working at large and boutique firms starting in 2003. He is also a former intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.
Mr. Icochea has represented individuals and business entities of all types and sizes in matters involving various legal issues. Mr. Icochea concentrates his practice on all aspects of litigation, contracts, and complex commercial litigation with a focus on business contract disputes, real property, landlord and tenant disputes, and employment litigation.
Alfonso is an experienced attorney who is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was named a Super Lawyer® Rising Star in 2010. Alfonso is a proud graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and undergraduate program. He is also a proud Ransom Everglades School alumnus. Alfonso was born in Lima, Peru and is fluent in Spanish.
